Each year, more than 39 million people are hospitalized or receive emergency treatment for accidental injuries and more than three million American workers sustain disabling injuries on the job. Many of these cases result in legal action including Social Security Disability claims, Workman's Compensation claims, and Personal Injury litigation. This represents a substantial market for Chiropractic Physicians who offer medical/ psychological disability evaluation and related services. It also provides opportunity for chiropractic experts to team with legal representatives in providing expert testimony.
